
I love cooking, my wife Leashia hates it, [except for puddings] so as I am a bit of a fascist cook, this works fine for us both! I tend to cook ‘by feel‘ and often I do not weigh or measure ingredients, so any quantities I give are a bit of a stab in the dark! Feel free to adjust, amend, add or change ingredients according to your taste. That’s what cooking is all about- innit?
